Leadership ConferenceThe PAL Program presented a Leadership Conference for Teachers and Headmaster in Lilongwe, Malawi.   This conference took place on Tuesday September 5, 2017 at Cross Roads Hotel. The Lilongwe Rotary provided the Keynote speakers as well as 2 additional members who shared regarding the importance of staying in school and getting an education.  Other topics presented at the training were HIV/AIDS, Keeping boys and girls in school, Classroom management, Learning styles and the PAL as a classroom resource.


The invited attendees were Teachers and Headmasters from the schools visited by the PAL Organization over the past 3 years as well as Teachers and Headmasters from 4 new schools specifically picked by the Lilongwe Rotary as well as 4 new schools picked by our Malawi PAL representative .  These Teachers and Headmasters were encouraged and excited about the PAL as a tremendous resource for their school. They knew they would benefit from the training offered and the opportunity to network and share with one another.
